After hard work, the messenfeld-neudorf fire department celebrated the inauguration of its new training and community room. The annex to the existing fire station was built in the last two years with a lot of own work in 760 hours of voluntary work. "I think that deserves a round of applause", ebensfeld’s third mayor gabriele bohmer (CSU) also praised the performance. "A community room is always an enrichment for a village community. We now hope that it will also be used lively", she summed up.

The project was supported by the municipality of ebensfeld and the building yard. The raiffeisenbank ebensfeld as well as the sonnenbrau mursbach have participated through donations. The new room offers space for about 50 people and is used by the fire department mainly as a training room. But it should also serve as a community space.
