So that the immediate surroundings of the house could also be included in the new design.
However, it is not yet possible to say exactly when this will be. At the meeting, architect gerd-peter lauer from architekturburo lauer& lebok presents the plans for the reconstruction to the town council.
As he emphasized, an application for a building permit must now be submitted in order to obtain the required funds. The architect informed the council of the various criteria and conditions required for this tree removal. Among other things, a fire safety report, calculations by a structural engineer or requirements for an escape route are necessary. Barrier-free access is also planned.
According to gerd-peter lauer, a utilization concept also needs to be drawn up in order to get the conversion and modernization as a burgher house approved. Therefore, the adjacent training room of the red cross must be integrated as a multi-purpose room. However, the architect was not yet able to provide any information on costs at this meeting, as the cost calculation was still in progress.
As mayor knut morgenroth added, the future utilization concept must now be clarified with the local associations and a building application submitted, which was unanimously approved by the municipal council.
